Standard Shipping

This is charged at £5 plus VAT up to an order value of £50 (including VAT), over which it is free of charge. All goods are sent by First Class Mail Recorded Signed For service. This normally takes 1 to 2 days. Most parcels are delivered the next day, but this is not guaranteed. If the parcel is too large to send by First Class Mail (maximum 610 x 460 x 460mm), it will be sent by standard parcel post instead and will take 3 to 5 working days.

Next Day Carrier 4pm

This is charged depending on the delivery area within the UK and is a guaranteed next working day service. Delivery can be made at any time up to 4pm. No deliveries are made on Saturdays. Goods despatched on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Charges are:

England and Wales - £8.00 plus VAT
Scotland (excl. Highlands & Islands) - £9.00 plus VAT
Scottish Highlands - £19.00 plus VAT
Scottish Islands - £39.00 plus VAT
Northern Ireland - £32.00 plus VAT
Isle Of Wight - £25.00 plus VAT

The Next Day Carrier 4pm service is not available for deliveries to the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.
